Service definition

AnswerProbe records controlled observations of AI-generated answers and connects conclusions to stored prompts, answers, citations, timestamps and provider states. Results vary by time, provider and context. They are not internal platform rankings, guarantees of what every end user sees, or professional legal or financial advice.

Account responsibilities

You must provide accurate account information, keep passwords and sign-in links secure, and be legally able to enter these terms. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. AnswerProbe is intended for business use and is not directed to children.

Customer-authoritative inputs and approvals

Your own brand wording remains authoritative unless you deliberately accept a suggestion. You are responsible for reviewing brand profiles, buyer topics and prompts before approval. Authentication, saving or navigation does not authorize a provider scan; an execution begins only after the explicit approval action shown by the service.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse sample or plan limits, probe private networks, submit unlawful or sensitive personal data, interfere with the service, reverse engineer access controls, misrepresent reports, or use AnswerProbe for deceptive, unsafe or policy-violating tactics.

Provider variability and evidence limits

External answer providers can be unavailable and their output can change. Failed or unavailable observations are excluded rather than treated as zero visibility. A report describes the collected observation window and does not prove causation, a universal market truth or future performance.

Subscription and billing

The Starter price is $49 USD/month, plus applicable taxes. Paddle acts as merchant of record and its checkout terms govern the payment transaction. Recurring charges, tax, renewal timing and included features are shown before purchase. A valid limited-time discount changes only the periods stated at checkout.

You may cancel an active subscription before its next renewal. Cancellation normally preserves access through the paid period and prevents future charges.

Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, Paddle's buyer terms and any mandatory consumer rights. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Your content and intellectual property

You retain rights in brand and topic information you submit and grant us permission to process it as needed to provide and secure the service. Do not submit material you lack the right to use. AnswerProbe software, branding and original materials remain owned by the operator or licensors.

Availability and changes

We do not warrant uninterrupted service or a particular visibility result. We may suspend access needed to protect the service, enforce these terms or comply with law. Material changes to these terms will be posted with a new effective date and, where appropriate, communicated by email.

Limitation and governing law

Liability is limited to fees paid for the service in the preceding three months where permitted by law. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan without limiting mandatory protections that apply where you live. Paddle's buyer terms separately govern Paddle transactions.
