Terms of service
AnswerProbe is operated by Muhammad Awais, a sole trader in Pakistan ("AnswerProbe", "we", "us"). By using AnswerProbe, you agree to these terms. If you use the service for a company, you confirm that you can accept them for that company.
Controlled observations
AnswerProbe records controlled observations of AI-generated answers. Results vary by time, provider and context. They are not internal platform rankings, guarantees of what every end user sees, or professional legal or financial advice.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep sign-in links secure and provide accurate information. Do not abuse sample limits, probe private networks, interfere with the service, reverse engineer access controls, or use reports unlawfully.

You must provide accurate account information, keep magic sign-in links secure, and be legally able to enter into these terms. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. AnswerProbe is intended for business use and is not directed to children.
Pricing and payments
The planned Starter price is USD 29 per month. Payments are currently disabled, checkout is unavailable, and displaying that price does not create a paid subscription. When payments open, Paddle will act as merchant of record and its checkout terms will govern the payment transaction. Recurring charges, renewal timing and included features will be shown before purchase.
You may cancel an active subscription before its next renewal. Cancellation normally preserves access through the paid period and prevents future charges. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, Paddle's buyer terms and any mandatory consumer rights.
Your content and our service
You retain rights in brand and topic information you submit and grant us permission to process it only as needed to provide and secure the service. Do not submit confidential personal data or material you do not have the right to use. AnswerProbe and its software, branding and original materials remain owned by the operator or its licensors.
Availability and liability
External answer providers can be unavailable and their output can change. We preserve available evidence and label failures honestly, but do not warrant uninterrupted service or a particular visibility result. Liability is limited to fees paid for the service in the preceding three months where permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Suspension and changes
We may suspend access needed to protect the service, enforce these terms or comply with law. We may update these terms as the product or legal requirements change. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date and, where appropriate, communicated by email.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without limiting mandatory protections that apply where you live. Paddle's buyer terms separately govern transactions processed by Paddle.
