Privacy policy
Muhammad Awais, a sole trader in Pakistan, operates AnswerProbe and is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. We do not sell personal information.
Information we process
We process your email address, authentication and session records, account activity, support communications, brand settings, buyer topics and prompts. Reports include raw AI answers, citations, provider metadata, timestamps, usage and operational records. When payments open, Paddle will process payment and billing identifiers; AnswerProbe will not store full payment-card details.
Purposes and legal grounds
We use information to authenticate users, run requested observations, create reports, enforce limits, deliver transactional email, answer support requests, prevent abuse and operate the service. Depending on the context, processing is necessary to provide the service, comply with law, pursue legitimate security and product interests, or act on consent where the law requires it.
Retention and security
Sample raw observations are retained for at least 90 days. Paid report history is retained for up to 12 months while subscribed. Access is limited, encrypted transport is required, and production credentials remain outside application source code. Authentication, audit, billing and support records may be retained longer where needed for security, disputes, accounting or legal obligations. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer reasonably needed.
Service providers
We use hosting and database infrastructure, Resend for transactional email, DataForSEO for controlled answer observations, and Paddle for billing once payments are enabled. These providers may process data in other countries under their own safeguards and contractual obligations. We disclose information only as needed to provide the service, comply with law, or protect users and the service.
Cookies and account security
AnswerProbe uses essential cookies and similar storage for secure sessions and core functionality. We do not currently use advertising cookies. Keep magic links private and contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Your requests
You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information, or object to or restrict certain processing where applicable. Requests remain subject to identity verification and legal, security and operational retention requirements.
